Webber House
Glendale, CA

Our recent collaboration with Open Space Series to curate the Webber House, designed by architect A. Quincy Jones in Glendale, CA.

It was an honor to have a hand in revitalizing this iconic midcentury home for its reentrance to the retail market. The house was modeled after A. Quincy Jones’ earlier Sun Villa prototype. Single-story, concrete and glass, and absolutely flooded with natural light. We staged this home with architecturally significant pices to complement the original vintage furnishings and highlight the clean optimism of Jones’ California modern icon.

Post & Beam Home
Pasadena, CA

Our recent staging project at a beautifully preserved Post & Beam home in South Pasadena, designed by R. Van Buren Livingston. In 1957, it was selected as House of the Week by Pasadena Star-News. The home was wonderfully preserved, with original details of mahogany woodwork, stone slab and polished concrete floors, and a raw stone fireplace.

We brought era-appropriate pieces into the space to honor the lifestyle of the home, offering a picture of what it might feel like to live within and amongst a special niche of design history.

Sunset Strip Apartment
West Hollywood, CA

Our recent staging project at a apartment in the Horn Plaza West Hollywood complex, designed by architect John Gary Wallis in 1974. Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the foothills of the Santa Monica Mountains, the apartment’s fireplace and elevated den/study area break up the open floor plan and made it a treat to explore the furnishings and natural arrangement of living spaces.

To curate the space, we brought a combination of vintage pieces and modern accents to reflect the evolution of this apartment and geographical area, while remaiing true to the bones of the architecture. Imagined as an artist or actor’s quiet home base in a bustling city, this apartment was staged with collected vintage and modern interior details that emphasize a storied past and singular vision.
